* Hannah’s Arrival Official Start day 10/3/18 Such a Great Addition to the Shelter Team! She is our New Senior Animal Care Provider and we are so happy to have her back.
* Reynolds Dog Resort will now be partnering with Homeward Bound Pets. They offer training and obedience and will be providing training courses for our Shelter dogs in hope to find placement for them easier by having some training as well as have them continue to further training and education
with their new companion. Many dogs are surrendered due to general obedience issues that could be made better by simply attending training groups or classes.
Alfalfa is our longest resident. He is currently waiting for his fur-ever home at Tigard PetSmart. He has been with us since Christmas of last year. He was surrendered with several other cats from a Cat Sanctuary and while everyone found homes, Poor Alf is still waiting!! He is a DSH Grey & White 8 years young feline who would do best in a quiet home with other friendly cats.
Homeward Bound Pets is in need of volunteers! The Shelter, Thrift Shop and Spay/Neuter Clinic can all benefit from you bringing in friends, family, and anyone you can grab off the street! If you know anyone that needs to be put to work send them over. There are flyers and rack cards available for the Thriftshop, Clinic, and Shelter. Thank you for all your help!

Homeward Bound Pet’s Angel Fund has received a Grant for $3000. The donor would greatly like us to match it with $3000 in donations. After Bingo Night Angel Fund is on its way to earning that grant. Spread the word, donations made to the Spay/Neuter Clinic or to Angel Fund will be doubled by the promised matching grants!
