Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm for phone calls and over the counter purchases only. We currently require appointments for all visits to the clinic, including over the counter purchases.
We ask for your patience as we work through a backlog of previously scheduled appointments before we can make new appointments.
***PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC, PAYMENT PROCESSING, AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AT THE CLINIC. ***
- We ask that you stay in your car when arriving at the clinic for appointments (instructions will be given at the time of the appointment for drop off and pick up). A separate phone line will be given to you call when you arrive. Please park in the clinic parking lot and read the posted instructions
- *Payments can be taken over the phone, or when we come to your car. We accept credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks. Products and your pets will be brought out to you by staff.
- *If you must enter the lobby, please call when arriving, we require that you wear a face mask and maintain a six-foot distance from other people.
- *Your temperature will be taken at the door with a no-touch thermometer.
- *One person per family is allowed in the lobby with two customers at a time.
- Surgery drop-off and pick-up by appointment only.
