For barking dog complaints inside the City of McMinnville, please call phone number 503-434-7305 or use this form on the McMinnville website to file a complaint.  To report barking dog complaints in rural Yamhill County please call non-emergency dispatch at 503-434-6500.

Renewal

  • Renewal Mailer (or dog license number) – Please indicate if any of the following needs to be changed
    • Mailing and physical address
    • Phone number and cell or emergency contact number
    • E-mail address
  • Valid rabies certificate – if required per renewal form
  • Check, money order, or exact cash – write license # on check or money order

New License

  • Valid rabies certificate is required
    • Please verify your rabies certificate has:
      • Your name
      • Current mailing and physical address
      • Phone number and cell or emergency contact number
      • E-mail address
      • Dog Breed, Age, Date of Birth, Gender, Color, and microchip number if applicable
  • Completed New Dog Registration Form
  • Check, money order, Credit card or exact cash. Payment needs to be sent to mailing address on the New Dog Registration Form.

Your License will be mailed to you within 2 weeks, however inaccurate or missing information may delay your renewal process.
