Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Prepayment is required for all surgeries and appointments prior to scheduling. $25 of the cost of service will be non-refundable if an appointment is canceled or missed.

Prepayment can be made thru PayPal at [email protected], over the phone by calling 503-472-0341 ext 2, or in person at 723 NE Evans St in McMinnville between 10 am and 2 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Clients who miss two appointments without calling or cancel less the 72 hours prior to the appointment time will not be allowed to schedule a third appointment and be referred elsewhere for services.

Cancellation and rescheduling can be performed through the confirmation email received after finalizing an appointment, by sending a text message to 971-267-2567, sending an email to [email protected], or by leaving a voicemail at 503-472-0341 ext 2. Please be sure to include the date and time of the appointment needing to be canceled or rescheduled.
